Gill 8.3mm UDP 60m
The double rope (half rope) is intended for basic as well as experienced users who want a compromise between the weight and the life-span of the rope. Gill is a durable yet light double rope suitable for anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of climbing with a double rope.
The construction of the rope allows excellent handling and is therefore the right choice also for the needs of mountaineering schools, when the instructor climbs with two trainees or a more experienced climber with a less capable climbers. In addition, the rope in most belay devices used in "autoblock" mode cannot interchange (upper rope under the lower), which cannot lead to problems with further belaying.
The rope comes in FULL DRY version (=UDP), so it is suitable for both summer and winter climbs.
