These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store www.postenah.si, the rights of users, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.


1. Definitions

  • Provider / Controller – Outclimb d.o.o.
  • Online store – www.postenah.si
  • Customer / User – a person who makes a purchase or uses the website
  • Consumer – a natural person purchasing for personal, non-commercial use
  • Business customer – a legal entity or individual purchasing within a commercial activity

2. General Provisions

The online store operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and the EU, including consumer protection legislation, e-commerce regulations, and the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as other applicable regulations.

By using the website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

The provider undertakes to make the following information always available to the customer:

  3. essential product characteristics
  4. product prices including taxes and delivery costs

4. Product Offer

Products in the online store are described in detail.
The offer is dynamic and subject to frequent changes. Prices include VAT.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not always fully correspond to the actual product.


5. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR).

Prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The price valid at the time of order completion is binding for both the customer and the provider.

Prices do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated (e.g. free shipping above a certain amount).

The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.


6. Orders

Orders can be placed:

8. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by:

  • Pošta Slovenije
  • GLS, DHL, DPD

8.1 Delivery times

  • Slovenia: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • Non-EU countries (e.g. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia): 5–14 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.

8.2 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed on the website and in the cart.


9. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

Return conditions

  • product must be unused
  • undamaged
  • in original packaging
  • with all accessories

Return costs

The customer bears return shipping costs, unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

The provider will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product.


10. Liability for Lack of Conformity

The customer must notify the provider of a defect within:

  • 2 months from discovering the defect
  • up to 2 years from purchase

The provider is not liable for defects caused by:

  • improper use
  • normal wear and tear
  • mechanical damage caused by the customer

11. Warranty

If a product includes a warranty, it is specified in the product description.

The warranty document may be:

  • a physical document included with the product
  • an email confirmation
  • the invoice

Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

Note for ropes:
Claims can only be made upon submission of the product label with barcode and a completed rope usage log.


12. Transfers to Third Countries

As the store is built on Shopify Inc., data may be processed or transferred to Canada or the United States.

13. Security

The provider uses:

  • encrypted payment processing
  • Shopify security standards
  • restricted access to personal data
  • regular security updates

14. Copyright

All website content (texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks) is the property of Outclimb d.o.o.
Users may not copy, distribute, or use content without permission.


15. Limitation of Liability

The provider is not liable for:

  • temporary website downtime
  • incorrect data entered by the customer
  • delivery delays caused by third parties
  • improper use of products
  • technical issues related to the Shopify platform

16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The provider undertakes to resolve complaints within 21 days.

Consumers may also use:

  • out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms
